Electron Realignment Therapy

E.R.T. is four musicians based in Northern California. Guitar, guitar, bass, drums. Everyone is in their forties or fifties. Everyone has a day job.

The band started on covers — Social Distortion, the Pixies, Hendrix, Jack Johnson — and then started writing. This record is the result: 9 originals, 32:55 start to finish, tracked and mixed at Reeds Recordings in Campbell, CA.

The songs are about leaving, arriving, and wasting an afternoon on purpose. Two of them are about Ocean Beach. One is about Santa Barbara, which is nowhere near Northern California, and that is the point.
